Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a strong classroom presence and very good interpersonal and communication skills. They will work within our Year 1 team demonstrating an in-depth understanding of curriculum requirements and modelling good classroom practice. We are looking for someone who:
• Has high expectations of themselves and the children in their care
• Is an effective and reflective classroom practitioner with a desire to learn and develop
• Knows what success looks like for every child and understands the needs of the pupils in their class.
• Is well organised and able to work well both as part of a team and independently
• Is enthusiastic, with a positive, 'can-do' attitude
