Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Payroll Manager to join our team in a fast-paced accountancy firm. This role involves end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring full compliance with regulations and delivering accurate, on-time results.
The ideal candidate will have payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex pay structures across a range of businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Process the full payroll cycle, including calculating wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure all payroll practices comply with current laws and client policies.
• Operate and maintain payroll software systems and support process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze payroll-related financial reports and summaries.
• Respond to employee and client queries regarding pay, deductions, and payroll procedures.
• Stay current with changes in payroll legislation and apply updates as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within an accountancy or multi-client environment
• Proficiency in payroll software
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage sensitive data with professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
