What we can offer: Assigned consultant educational/clinical supervisor. Assigned RCEM Credentialed ACP clinical supervision and support. Structured approach on a roster basis to working in all areas of the department, Resus, Majors, Urgent Care and Paediatrics (for those trainees who care for children) Trust support to develop your procedural skills as set out in the curriculum. Clinical placements to support your clinical development and fulfil the requirements of the curriculum in:o Acute Medicineo Critical Careo Anaestheticso Paediatrics for those who care for children and wish to credential in paediatrics. 80/20 (clinical/non-clinical) role to ensure you have consistent non-clinical time to support non-clinical activity as required by the RCEM curriculum. Such as; audit, educational supervision meetings, attending governance meetings and development of new pathways of care Automatic upgrade to full Band 8a ACP on credentialing by the RCEM. New entrants and tACPs already in training must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per-week (0.8 WTE). For new entrants, his is seen as a minimum requirement to progress successfully through a tough three-year programme.
