Summary
On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for 40 Caseworkers (Inside IR35) to join our client for a contract to run up until March 2026, which is hybrid working with a minimum of 2-3 office working days per week in London.
As a Caseworker, your main responsibilities will be:
Scrutinise and investigate requests for review and determine the appropriate response
Maintain accurate records of decisions and evidence to support those decisions
Communicate with applicants to obtain additional information/evidence that may affect the outcome of their review
Essential:
SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (due to the nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
Competent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel, Teams etc.).
Previous caseworker experience
Experience in analysing complex information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail
Experience in using government policy to make decisions.
Desirable:
MOD/Home Office/Police/Immigration background
Experience dealing with complex cases.
