About the Role
As a Production Planner, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining effective production schedules that align supply, demand and delivery. You'll coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure plans are followed and risks are managed. Your role will directly support the success of the wider business through proactive planning, process improvement and smart scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan production and supplier workload, managing and communicating risks
• Keep schedules clear, up to date and aligned with operational needs
• Ensure timely ordering and scheduling of materials
• Monitor and report on schedule adherence and performance metrics
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities in planning and supplier performance
• Maintain accurate data within the inhouse systems
• Develop and manage stock levels using data insights

What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in a Production Planning or Supply Chain environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems
• An analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
• Ability to proactively solve problems and drive operational clarity
