Why you'll love this role: It provides the link between Curriculum Leader, teachers, learners, and support services. Based at our Baltic Campus, you'll work with the A Level team to help students plan their futures, realise their potential, and take their next steps. Your excellent communication skills and positive attitude will be essential in providing pastoral, learning, and general support. You'll liaise closely with teachers to track progress and offer group and one-on-one support, including UCAS application preparation and confidence-building for life decisions.

Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a pro-active, inspiring and caring individual who can motivate and encourage students to make excellent progress towards their academic and career ambitions.

You will be a dedicated, flexible and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication, digital and organisational skills. You must be able to plan effectively and meet deadlines. It would be a bonus if you had had some experience in mentoring, coaching or teaching young people.

We’d also like you to be as passionate as we are about delivering top quality training and helping people build their confidence and skills, getting a buzz out of delivering fantastic sessions that help students thrive and achieve their very best.

You'll also develop learners' personal, social, and work-ready skills through tutorials on topics like resilience, Employment Edge, knife crime, and British Values and, you'll support the Curriculum Leader and teachers to help improve learner punctuality, attendance, retention, achievement, and success.
