Summary
A reliable, patient and trustworthy full time live in housekeeper carer cook is needed by an elderly client living in Yorkshire to assist with personal care and many elements of their personal care.
Working hours: 6 days a week, 12 hours with breaks included. Day off to be flexible.
Duties include:
general care duties
personal care and hygiene
mobility support
medication
companionship
stimulating and entertaining the client
motivating and stimulating the client
ensuring that the client has everything that she needs at all times
taking the client out for walks for fresh air when required
make sure she is being supported at all times
ensuring the client is safe and comfortable at all times, as well as communicating with family whenever required
laundry, hoovering, mopping, dusting
changing bed sheets and linen
dishes, laying out clothes daily
shopping, running errands and ensuring the house stays neat and tidy at all times
cooking and preparing meals for the client, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner
They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit. They need someone to start as soon as possible.
