Full time, Open ended.

Dynamic working is not available for this position. This position is to work 37 hours a week. To work 5 from 7 to include some weekend and evenings as required

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Skilled Grounds person to join the grounds and gardens department here at the university.

You will be working on the beautiful grounds of the Loughborough Campus.

The post will involve working on a wide range of seasonal sports for a large client base including many National Governing Bodies, large corporate organisations, local community programmes and student sport.

The successful candidate will work as an active member of the Sports grounds team at a skilled level in the preparation and setting out of natural and synthetic sports areas to the required standard at a national and international level.



Key Requirements:



Previous Sports grounds experience.
Experience in sports pitch preparation
Experience of operation of a wide range of machinery
To set out pitches and maintain to a high standard.
