A bit about me:
I am a 17-year-old young man I am a kind and caring individual with a great sense of humour – people say I have lovely manners, and I like to help people. I love socialising and being out and about. I always have a plan of what I want to do but I need support in the community to keep me safe.

About the role:

I am looking for a caring, flexible person to support me to access the community. The role can include trips out to the local park, swimming, going to the pub for a coke, out for food, shopping, visiting garages and other places that I am interested in. Ideally supporting me with ongoing road safety education and helping with continued learning of other community-based life skills. I want to learn to be more independent. This post is ideal for someone with previous experience in SEND, but not essential. No personal care required.
Driving licence is preferable or a love of public transport, particularly the X5 bus!
The role is for 2 hours per week, this can be flexible i.e. 2 hours per week or 4 hours fortnightly. There is a possibility of extra hours/future increases.

The kind of person I am looking for:

Somebody that is kind and caring and able to listen to me carefully. A person that is patient and able to give me time to process and space when asked.
Somebody that loves to be out and about.
