Summary
Hours: Full-time, 24 hours per week – various shifts available including nights and weekends

We are looking for caring and dedicated Intensive Support Workers to join our expanding, award-winning, Employee-Owned organisation in Newton Mearns.
As an Intensive Support Worker, you will support individuals with complex health and behavioural needs, including those who are ventilated or living with long-term conditions. What You'll Do
Provide intensive support to individuals in their homes, ensuring person-centred care
Assist with clinical and healthcare needs, monitoring mental and physical health as per care plans
Deliver personal care and support as needed
Follow outcome-focused support plans, collaborating with internal teams, health professionals, and families
Undertake specialist training to meet the competency requirements set out by health partners
What You'll Need
A Manual UK Driving Licence and access to your own car
Flexibility to work various shift patterns including days, evenings, weekends, and nights
A compassionate, thoughtful, and enthusiastic approach
Willingness to undertake specialist training and ongoing development
