The Lead Outcome Delivery Manager will be responsible for establishing a new Business Partnering function within the Automation & Innovation team. You will be responsible for transforming the way we engage with business colleagues across the department to identify the next big transformation opportunities!

Due to business requirements this post is available on a Full Time/Job Share/Flexible Working basis. Where business needs allow, some roles may be suitable for a combination of office and home-based working. Where this is the case, employees will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of their working time in the office. Queries can be raised to the address at the bottom of the advert.

As the Lead Outcome Delivery Manager for Automation & Innovation, you will be accountable for delivery of Business Partnering services across Operational team to understand large and complex business processes, identify opportunities, and manage through into DDaT pipelines.

You'll engage with multiple teams and set them up for success, representing delivery to stakeholders and suppliers, building successful relationships across the organisation. You will ensure that decisions are made through effective governance, leading to better outcomes.

As a leader in the Home Office Technology Delivery community, you’ll share knowledge and experience with colleagues across the department and wider Government, building skills, advising others, and applying good practice and standards.

You will support the UK’s security and prosperity through the technology outcomes that your teams deliver.
