Summary

This role at OreKnot Creative Hub involves supporting the day-to-day administration of bookings, courses, and customer engagement, with opportunities to grow as the company expands. Key duties include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the Shared Drive, filing sales and course information, and managing room hire, class, and course bookings. This involves handling queries, processing invoices, and coordinating schedules. The role also includes preparing resources for upcoming courses, completing paperwork for accredited and non-accredited programmes, and handling income in line with financial procedures. You will act as the main point of contact for general enquiries, maintaining strong relationships with customers through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails. In addition, you will regularly update website content and images using the content management system and represent OreKnot at exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. As this is a learn-on-the-job position, you will be supported in developing the necessary skills through practical experience and guidance from the team. While you are expected to carry out the responsibilities listed, it is understood that you will build your competencies over time. Initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to ask for help are encouraged. Please note that this is a dynamic role and the job description may evolve as the organisation grows.
