Summary

Morden is a successful and friendly 1FTE primary school. Our strong inclusive ethos and exceptional pastoral care, ensures that children are kept at the heart of all we do.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated TLA to provide support in the EYFS. Experience of working with children in an educational setting is essential. The successful candidate should have a good understanding of the Early Years curriculum.
The successful candidate must have the flexibility to support EYFS pupils, including those with SEN, both in and out of the classroom, in small group interventions and class-based support.

• Has a good understanding of the national & EYFS curriculum;
• Is proactive and can show initiative and enjoys working with individuals and groups;
• Has good literacy and numeracy skills;

• Has a sense of humour and a “can do” attitude.
