A highly regarded primary school is seeking a Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant to join its Early Years team immediately or from September 2025. This is a full-time role that offers a fantastic foundation for aspiring primary teachers.

What we're looking for in an ideal Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant:

• A graduate with a 2:1 or above from a strong university – Any degree considered
• A warm, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with young children
• Prior experience working with children (in schools, nurseries, mentoring, or voluntary settings) is a bonus but not required
• A proactive team player with good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant – Role Highlights:

• Work alongside experienced Early Years practitioners to support learning through play and structured activities
• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils develop essential early literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Assist with phonics, outdoor learning, storytelling, and classroom routines
• Help maintain a calm, engaging, and inclusive environment that nurtures each child’s development
• Fully participate in school life, including events, trips, and enrichment activities
