Learning Support Assistant

We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our inclusive and dynamic secondary school community in Witham. In this rewarding role, you'll work alongside teaching staff to provide tailored support to students with a range of learning needs, helping them thrive both academically and socially.

Deliver one-to-one and small group support for students requiring additional assistance
