Our client is the UK’s leading professional body for healthcare finance professionals. They provide essential resources, thought leadership, career development, and an influential network that supports continuous professional growth.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll blend graphic design, illustration, and optional animation skills to support digital learning designers and developers. You’ll be instrumental in creating interactive and visually engaging learning experiences that educate, inspire, and empower.

Key Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer:

• Design digital learning assets including illustrations, infographics, diagrams, and animations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and the Digital Learning team to develop creative content aligned with instructional design and accessibility principles.
• Use the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) to create visually compelling assets.
• Design templates and visual elements for e-learning modules in tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Keep up with trends in digital learning and contribute fresh ideas to improve content and user experience.
• Provide occasional graphic design support to marketing and other departments as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Strong graphic design and illustration skills (Adobe CC)
• Collaborative, communicative, and detail-focused
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organisation
• Passionate about design, with a high standard of quality and creativity
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay calm under pressure

Desirable Extras:

• Experience creating 2D animations (e.g. Adobe After Effects)
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline / Rise or other e-learning tools
• Understanding of accessibility best practices in digital content
