Summary
Overview of setting
Willow Grove is an exciting new family owned early years setting which is part of the Holly Grove family of settings. Located in Armthorpe, we are due to open in September 2025, and are looking to develop a team of friendly, child and family focused staff who have care and nurture at the heart of their practice. The Holly Grove family of settings promotes learning through a home from home ethos, with a unique curriculum and a cosy environment.
Personality
We’re looking for enthusiastic, creative team players who are willing to educate our children through fun and play. Staff who are ‘big kids’ at heart, are willing to get their hands dirty in the mud kitchen, roll their sleeves up to make sticky buns, dress up as pirates and sail away to distant shores, staff who have no boundaries to their imagination and can support all our children to thrive and succeed. Staff who can create a safe and secure environment that creates awe and wonder, a thirst to learn.
Qualifications
We are looking for qualified Level 3 early years practitioners who are passionate about early years and have ambition to develop their skills further and progress. We take professional development seriously and support our staff to fulfil their full potential. If experience is all you have and do not have a relevant level 3 qualification, we also offer apprenticeships to staff to develop their skills further.

I find working here such a rewarding experience, to be able to watch children grow and develop from babies to starting school. Everyday is different, the children put a smile on our faces and we are here solely to ensure they are safe, happy and nurtured.

Working here is brilliant because everyone we work with are always there for each other. It feels like we are 1 big happy family. We get together outside of work to have meals together and do other fun activities together. Our team celebrates together and supports each other with a listening ear. Working in a setting can be busy and stressful, but the support and relaxed nature of our team definitely helps so much, knowing that help is always there when you need it.
