Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Repairs & Voids team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Coordinate and oversee all repair works and void property processes.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize void turnaround times.
Monitor budget expenditures related to repairs and voids, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Maintain and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality service and materials.
Provide regular reports on repairs and voids performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in property management, particularly in repairs and voids.
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in a supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards in property management.
Ability to manage budgets and understand financial implications of repairs processes.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and service improvement.
Relevant qualifications in property management, construction, or a related field.
