Summary
We are a friendly, caring school with high expectations for all our pupils. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and resilient Level 2 Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support either the full class or small groups of children during the day. This position would be ideal for a graduate looking to gain experience within a school prior to teacher training. We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with primary aged children. Has an interest in developing their knowledge and understanding of supporting children. Will celebrate all achievements and support our pupils developing positive self-esteem. Is enthusiastic, committed and has a positive attitude. Is flexible, proactive and has good interpersonal skills to work within a team. Eyres Monsell Primary school: Is a supportive and friendly environment which is committed to staff and pupil well-being. Provides excellent CPD opportunities. Has high expectations for all children.
