-Ideally Level 3, but Level 2 or unqualified with experience
-Passionate about early years and building strong bonds with babies and families
-Reliable, enthusiastic and ready to learn

-Competitive Pay, depending on qualifications and experience
-Level 3 apprenticeship for Unqualified/ Level 2 Staff
