Summary
The staff shop, located within York Hospital, has a daily footfall of 600 staff and we are looking for a person who can provide an excellent
customer service experience within this fast paced retail environment
We are looking for a colleague with a positive attitude who is approachable and friendly, and able to work as part of a team.
You’ll need to be self-motivated and enthusiastic about ensuring that every customer leaves the staff shop having received great customer
service.
So if you have excellent communication skills, and show an understanding and experience of general principles of successful retailing, we want to hear from you!
Duties will include:
· Providing a high level of customer service
· Advising and assisting customers of the shop (dealing with enquiries and requests)
· Handling cash
· Promote Staff Benefits through the shop
· Helping to make decisions regarding products
· Assist in the ordering and pricing of stock
