As a care worker with Derbyshire Community Care Ltd,your job description include (but not limited to the following).We ensure we provide a person _centred service that will yield positive outcome for our service users.
Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and other personal hygiene tasks.
Meal Preparation and Support: Preparing and serving meals, assisting with eating, and ensuring proper nutrition.
Household Tasks: Performing light housekeeping duties like cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
Mobility Support: Assisting with movement, transfers, and using assistive devices.
Medication Management: Reminding individuals to take medication, monitoring side effects, and reporting concerns to healthcare professionals.
Companionship and Emotional Support: Providing a listening ear, offering encouragement, and promoting well-being.
Activity and Outing Support: Assisting with hobbies, physical activities, and attending appointments.
Communication and Record Keeping: Communicating with family, healthcare professionals, and other care providers, and maintaining accurate records.
