Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our small team in Highams Park. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various databases.
- Provide administrative support including clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are readily available.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Organise meetings and appointments, coordinating schedules for team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred (2 years min)
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with clerical duties.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Competence in using computerised systems and office software, particularly MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
