Art Teacher | Southwark, SE16 | £150- £210 per day | Full Time | Start September 2025 | Interviews in June | Hand Over in July with Part Time Hours

A small nurturing school in Southwark, London, are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Art Teacher to join our team from September 2025. With class sizes of just 6-8 students and a maximum school capacity of 42, we offer a unique opportunity for teachers to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3 and KS4, including Entry Level and GCSE pathways
- Plan and develop Schemes of Work and lesson plans in line with the school's curriculum policy
- Work closely with exam boards to manage and upload assessment materials
- Foster a creative, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with a Learning Support Assistant and, where applicable, 1:1 LSAs
- Support the wellbeing, progress, and engagement of all students

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experienced Art educator with a track record of planning and delivering Entry Level and GCSE content
- Skilled in liaising with exam boards and managing assessment submissions
- Strong understanding of how to adapt teaching for mixed-age and ability classes
- Organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting creative learning
- A strong team player who thrives in a supportive, close-knit school environment
