Your key responsibilities will include:
Ensure compliance with legal and company health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
Report any health and safety issues, accidents, or near misses.
Assist with food preparation and ensure service equipment is ready for service.
Serve food and beverages in line with company standards.
Report menu shortages to ensure efficient service.
Maintain clean and hygienic displays, counters, and seating areas.
Assist with hospitality preparations and kitchen duties as required.
Follow cash handling and security procedures.
Receive and store stock, ensuring quality and rotation.
Operate machinery safely and support colleagues as needed.
Maintain cleanliness in all work areas.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team environment.
