Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Emergency Services Division at University College London Hospitals for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced leader to join us as Deputy Divisional Manager.
The post holder will be accountable for the operational delivery of emergency services at University College Hospital and will work closely with the clinical, nursing and managerial leads across the division, to ensure the provision of an efficient, safe, effective service that delivers excellent patient and staff experience.
This is a high profile, challenging and rewarding leadership role within the Trust with an emphasis on innovation, achieving operational and financial performance, and improving staff wellbeing. You would be part of a dynamic team who are passionate about improvement and would receive the necessary support to enable you to deliver and continue your career development journey.
You will have proven leadership and management skills and experience of delivering excellence. Reporting to the Divisional Manager you will provide strategic and operational support to the Divisional Manager and Divisional Clinical Director. You will be required to work in close partnership with leaders across the division, the Trust and with external stakeholders to continue our improvement journey and ideally will be able to demonstrate experience in leading work with a variety of stakeholders to improve patient pathways and experience.
