Location: Saltdean, Brighton

Salary: £12.25-£12.45 per hour

Hours- 37.5 hours per week

Your Role as a Support Worker:

Provide person-centred care, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs in their daily lives
Encourage independence, choice, and personal development
Support with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
Assist with managing behaviours, promoting emotional wellbeing, and fostering social inclusion
Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider support team
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working with learning disabilities and mental health (essential)
A compassionate and patient approach to care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to supporting independence and dignity
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
