Summary
The Technical Attack Countermeasures (TAC) Team Lead will work to the direction of the EM Protection Assistant Head and will be responsible for maintaining the outputs of the EM Protection Counter Eavesdropping and TEMPEST teams. Training and development can/will be provided to the successful applicant, but expert knowledge in Radio Frequency principles is essential.

Responsibilities
You'll be the go-to person for evaluating customer needs and matching them with the right talent within our team to deliver exceptional results.
You'll develop and maintain crucial maps of our stakeholders in Counter Eavesdropping (CE) and TEMPEST, ensuring we have a clear understanding of our landscape.
You'll be the recognised leader for the Defence CE community, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.
You'll work closely with various stakeholders to manage training and equipment requirements for our CE practitioners.
