The Harmony Trust is a strong Multi Academy Trust with academies in Oldham, Tameside, Rochdale and Derby. We are looking for a motivated, passionate and skilled Inclusion Hub Teacher (with a specialism of SEMH) to join our Inclusion Team. The successful candidate may be expected to work across the Inclusion Hubs (initially deployed to Richmond Academy).

Development Opportunity


The Board of Trustees wish to appoint an experienced Teacher to teach within our Inclusion Hubs. The successful candidate will share our vision and values and be committed to Inclusion; ensuring our staff, pupils and families meet their potential.


Our aim is to build capacity across our academies so that we can effectively meet the needs of our children while enabling staff to develop specialism and expertise.


The post holder would be deployed into our Northwest Hub and will work in person in Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside. They will have the opportunity to influence and shape practice across our Derby Hub through the use of technology and as part of the Inclusion Service Team.


The post would suit a candidate who is looking for a challenging but rewarding opportunity.

The successful candidate will:

  • have high expectations of achievement, attainment and behaviour

  • be an excellent Teacher with potential to develop further in the Trust

  • lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues

  • have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of pupils with SEND

  • support the Senior Trust Leader/Head of Inclusion Hubs in implementing thehub vision
