Summary
Communitas Clinics is seeking an experienced and dedicated ENT Consultant to lead the clinical provision of our growing Intermediate ENT Services. This role has been developed to address the increasing demand for Tier 3 community ENT services, and the ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the clinical delivery across our existing ENT contracts. The successful candidate will work closely with our Clinical Director to ensure the highest standards of clinical governance, overseeing the clinical aspects of the service while ensuring alignment with national clinical developments and guidelines. You will have the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, offer peer support, and contribute to the professional development of our ENT clinical team. This position offers the flexibility and autonomy to help shape the future direction of the service, with input into working arrangements following your appointment. We are looking for a collaborative and proactive individual who can help us deliver exceptional care to our patients while supporting the continued growth of our service.
