Molo Hotel Group and Lighthouse Hotel Management is embarking on it’s newest hotel development in the Turks and Caicos Islands.  We are thrilled to begin this journey and are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Managers to lead the pre-opening teams for the first of our luxurious IHG branded properties in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Providenciales, at Grace Bay.

Hotel Indigo Turks & Caicos will bring to life the Hotel Indigo brand’s ethos as The World’s Neighbourhood Hotel with 56 guest rooms. The resort will have an impressive 13 dining options including a beachfront restaurant and bar, rooftop and poolside bars, juice bar, ground floor restaurant, and lobby bar.

Available positions

Financial Controller - Job Specification: The Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in managing and directing the financial activities of Molo Hotels, Turks & Caicos, specifically the Indigo Turks & Caicos. This role plays a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including Sun accounting system requirements. Ensuring payments of government tax, NHIP & NIB are adhered to on the required payment dates and deadlines. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, financial performance, and operational efficiencies. Support the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring timely responses to auditor requests. Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of financial principles, along with the ability to support the financial controller in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Job Requirements: Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification required Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, analysis, or reporting, with experience in a supervisory role preferred. Must posses strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and fiscal policies. Proficiency in financial software and databases; advanced Excel skills are essential. Previous Hotel Accounting experience is preferred. Salary expectation - $85,000 - $92,000 per annum.

Head Housekeeper - Job Specification: Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities, ensuring rooms and public areas meet brand standards. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation. Assist with developing and implementing Housekeeping systems and procedures. Prepare reports for management information as needed. Assist the purchasing department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping. Manage housekeeping budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for linen, laundry items and fixed assets. Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities, ensuring guest services aren’t affected. Work with external Housekeeping providers to ensure hotel cleaning standards and expectations are met and in line with IHG requirements. Organize on-the-job training and evaluate its effectiveness. Prepare and approve the Functional Manual of the department. Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Job Requirements: Previous IHG Hospitality experience is a plus. Must have experience managing a laundry operation Must have 3+ years as a Head Housekeeper + demonstrate management certifications Must have a good experience in managing diverse teams. Must be passionate about working in a housekeeping environment; stand for long hours and work efficiently under pressure Salary expectations - $50,000 - $58,000 per annu

Head Chef - Job Specification: As the Head Chef, during the opening of Indigo Hotel, Turks & Caicos, you will be responsible for setting up and leading the culinary team, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining exceptional dining experiences. Further duties include but are not limited to: Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations. Design initial menus and ensure they are regularly updated to reflect the hotel's unique style and guest preferences. Ensure consistency in food presentation, taste, and portion sizes. Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards. Ensure consistency in food presentation, taste, and portion sizes. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Administer work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards. Job Requirements: Must have 3- 5 years experience as a Head Chef working in fine, dining luxury hotels. Must possess a culinary degree/certification or equivalent experience. Must have CPR, Fire Safety and FDA certifications. Expertise in various cuisines, food safety, and kitchen management. Strong leadership, creativity, and ability to work under pressure. Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested. Salary expectation - $77,000 - $84,000 per annum
