What You'll Be Doing:
• As a Mobile HGV Technician, you'll carry out inspections, servicing, and repairs on trailers at customer sites
• Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
• Diagnose faults using EBS systems such as WABCO, Haldex, and Knorr-Bremse
• Deliver excellent customer service while working to tight deadlines
• Stay updated with regular training on IRTEC, axle/brake systems, and more
• Work independently, maintaining a safe and clean mobile work environment
Who We're Looking For:
• We're after passionate HGV Mechanics and HGV Technicians who can work independently in the field.
Essential:
• Experience working with trailers or heavy vehicles
• Recognised industry qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ etc.)
Desirable:
• HGV Class 1 licence
• IRTEC certification
• Strong diagnostics skills (WABCO, Haldex, Knorr-Bremse)
• Welding certification
• Experience with BPW, SAF, JOST, tail lifts, or double-deck trailers
