Summary
Equans is recruiting for an Electrician to be based at Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.
On offer is a salary banding of £35,000 to £36,500 plus a shift allowance of £3,581 per annum. In addition you will receive an excellent benefits package.
Shift rota which includes days, lates and weekends.
What will you deliver?
- Support the estates management in providing a 24 hour maintenance service within the hospital
- Undertake PPMs, testing and repairs covering a wide range of equipment, services, systems and buildings associated with a large hospital.
- Assist other trades where required.
- Any other duties required by site management
- Be part of the shift pattern including day shifts, late shifts and 1 weekend in 4.

Who are we looking for?
- Hold at least one of the following: City & Guilds 236 Parts A & B, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Maintenance, B Tech Level 3 Electrical Apprenticeship or 17th / 18th Edition
- Due to the nature of the contract, you must have the ability to pass a DBS.
