Summary
Managing and leading the sales force and related staff will be greatly dependent on the selected candidate. They have the responsibility of creating and managing complex work schedules in order to satisfy productivity and sales targets. Working in tandem with managers and other departments, they will address operational issues, assess workforce requirements, and suggest resource allocations for optimal sales and productivity results. Delivering informative reports to the managerial personnel on a regular basis will also ensure that there is open and efficient communication concerning departmental activity.
