Are you a strategic thinker, with the business acumen and experience required for senior leadership at our school?
We want to hear from you if you would be excited to capitalise on opportunities to further develop the school, within our ethos, to maximise what we offer our pupils and the wider community, whilst continuing to provide long-term financial sustainability.
The role at Elsley will incorporate the following six aspects:
Leading Support Services
Finance
Procurement
Infrastructure
Human Resources
Marketing
Working within the leadership team, the SBLM must be fully aligned with Elsley’s ethos and values and have the highest regard for ethical decision making.
The SBLM will advise on and implement the day-to-day support that enables the school to operate effectively and efficiently, and that allows other members of the leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.
