About the role:

The School of Medicine & Dentistry is looking to appoint a receptionist to add to our established team based in the dental clinic to support our teaching clinic for undergraduate and postgraduate dental students.

About you:

Candidates must have recent experience in patient-based roles and familiarity with booking systems. They should possess a range of GCSE’s, including Maths and English at grade C/grade 4 or above, or demonstrate equivalent experiential learning. Essential skills include good communication, IT proficiency, motivation, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Candidates must have keen attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance and GDPR, and be able to prioritise a busy workload and multitask efficiently.

Applicants need to meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview. The position is based in Preston.
