Supervisor at The Goudhurst Inn
The Goudhurst Inn is located near Balfour Winery in the charming village of Goudhurst, The Goudhurst Inn offers four boutique suites, locally-sourced cuisine, and a spacious dining room. Our large outdoor terrace provides breathtaking views of the Weald of Kent. If you have a flair for hospitality, we'd love to have you join our team as a Supervisor!

We're looking for our supervisors to:
Really care about the people around them
Be passionate about food & drink
Maintain standards and knowledge to create exceptional guest experiences
Get involved with bedrooms and events
Create sales opportunities whenever they can
In this role we need someone with
Previous experience in a premium hospitality business
Excellent food & drink knowledge
Good understanding of the importance of financial targets
Their own transport to get to and from work
