The Role
We’re recruiting for a Business Change Manager here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative Technology Adoption Group (TAG).
The Technology Adoption Group is leading the way with the Adoption and Change Management of new and existing technology solutions and is a creating and delivering innovative solutions to improve the use, effectiveness and business value from the technology available across the Ministry of Justice.
We are looking for someone creative, innovative and with great communication skills and attention to detail, who can manage the people side of change. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully collaborate with project, product and portfolio teams to deliver the best possible experience for end users.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Adoption and Change Management (ACM) of Digital and Technology change across the organisation, working with project and product teams to implement change initiatives across MOJ Agencies.
Create and deliver change plans where necessary and communicate them effectively to project and product teams.
Liaise with Business Change teams across the organisation.
Deliver advice and guidance to regional/ functional Senior Leadership Teams across the diverse range of responsibilities.
Manage competing demands across areas of responsibility.
Manage resources effectively.
Collate, analyse and interpret data, using insights gained to write regional/ functional/national reports for senior audiences.
Deliver regional/functional/national presentations.
Build positive and collaborative relationships amongst SMEs, Peers and Stakeholders, to scale change across the organisation.
Managing change projects.
Demonstrate pro-social modelling skills by consistently reinforcing pro-social behaviour and attitudes and challenging anti-social behaviour and attitudes.
Some travel to other government offices may be required.

Person Specification
Essential
Proven experience of business change management including creating and executing successful change plans for projects particularly in an Adoption and Change Management, Digital and Technology environment.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, writing and record keeping skills.
Positive approach to engaging, consulting with and managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
Excellent organisational and analytical, time and project management skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Strong grasp of change management principles and methodologies.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Willingness to be assessed against the requirements for BPSS clearance
