​Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly to meet the needs of the service, to include some weekends.

​Starting Salary: £32,547 per annum, rising to £34,748 after probation period

​Location: Covering both REST Hubs in Thetford (Breckland House, St Nicholas Street - IP24 1BT & REST Thetford, Riverside Walk - IP24 2BG)

​​*A driver’s license and access to a vehicle essential for this role.

​​The Role
​This is an exciting opportunity to continue developing and enhancing our services, ensuring that we provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals.

​​​As the REST Hub Manager you will continue to appraise, improve, and develop our work at the REST Hub in Thetford and our wider work in South Norfolk. You will work closely with our clinical partners from Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT) and other stakeholders to provide a robust service to people who are experiencing mental health issues. To promote recovery model framework and implement a Psychological Informed Environment (PIE) for people who use our services.

To be considered for this role candidates need to;​

Have experience of successfully leading and supervising a team.

Have experience of supporting people with their mental health.

Experience of collaboration and creating partnerships with external organisations, the VCSE sector, with volunteers and small community groups.
