Exciting Opportunity to Lead and Innovate: Full-Time, Band 7 District Nurse Lead - Whitefield
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, experienced, and passionate Band 7 District Nurse Lead to become a vital part of our thriving Whitefield District Nursing team within Bury Community Services.
This full-time role offers the chance to provide inspirational leadership to the team, working collaboratively alongside our supportive team leaders and service managers.
You will play a key role in influencing and promoting a truly quality service, championing high standards of assessment for beautifully personalised care plans, and ultimately enabling the delivery of truly excellent, compassionate care to patients within the comfort of their own homes.
This impactful role is designed to support the expert management of our most complex patients, providing essential clinical leadership that makes a real difference. We are therefore seeking candidates with valuable experience in managing long-term conditions, delivering compassionate end-of-life care, and providing skilled wound care.
You'll have the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with our esteemed Clinical Lead Nurses and Service Managers. Together, you will play a crucial role in influencing and championing a truly quality service, ensuring the achievement of consistently high standards of assessment for personalised care plans, and ultimately enabling the delivery of truly excellent, compassionate care to patients within the familiar and comforting environment of their own homes.
