The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Be a qualified teacher with experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (GCSE level)
• Demonstrate outstanding classroom practice and high expectations for all pupils
• Show deep understanding of SEN and behaviour management strategies
• Be calm, reflective, and confident in managing challenging behaviours
• Inspire and motivate through subject passion and creativity
• Promote restorative, inclusive and therapeutic approaches to education
• Be committed to continuous professional development and collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons with a strong emphasis on personalised learning
• Foster a safe, respectful and stimulating learning environment
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure holistic student development
• Contribute to enrichment activities, PSHE, and the wider school life
• Uphold the highest standards in safeguarding, wellbeing and academic achievement
