What We're Looking For:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – ECTs are encouraged to apply
• Experience teaching in Primary or SEND settings
• A calm, patient, and nurturing approach to behaviour and learning
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A passion for inclusive education and the ability to engage learners with diverse needs
