ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant TA for an Ofsted "Good" in Redbridge.

The school caters for students who are no longer in mainstream schools due to the Social Emotional Mental Health needs and require an experience behaviour mentor to ensure they remain on task within lessons. The school has a great supportive senior leadership team. The school is going from strength to strength and providing training to all staff.

Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

- Hours - 08:20-15:30

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous SEND experience or youth work experience.
- SEMH experience
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
