This is your opportunity to lead the design of critical infrastructure projects that will shape the region’s water future. As a Project Solutions Manager, you’ll lead talented, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver solutions that reduce carbon, increase resilience, and protect the environment.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead and manage the initial optioneering stages of water and wastewater treatment projects.
Develop project engineering plans covering scope, cost, schedule, risk and resources.
Collaborate with technical experts and suppliers to develop fully integrated, buildable solutions.
Drive sustainability and innovation across the design lifecycle.
Ensure designs meet CDM, safety, and operational requirements.
Foster strong collaboration with project managers, planners, procurement, and construction teams.
Lead project reviews, manage quality processes, and support continuous improvement.
Mentor and support your team’s professional development and well-being.

What you’ll bring:
✅ A degree in engineering or equivalent experience (chartered or working toward it preferred).
✅ Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and supplier input.
✅ Strong knowledge of water sector infrastructure and a passion for sustainable design.
✅ A collaborative, can-do attitude and ability to inspire and lead teams.
✅ Understanding of CDM regulations and experience embedding H&S into design.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
