As a SuDS Solutions Engineer, you'll play a vital role in developing and delivering innovative SuDS and NbS schemes – from the early optioneering phase through to construction. Whether it’s designing swales alongside highways, reimagining schoolyards with rain gardens, or enhancing public spaces for biodiversity, this is your chance to make a real difference.

✅ Scope, assess, and deliver SuDS opportunities in urban, rural, and public realm settings
✅ Work closely with stakeholders – from local authorities to community groups – to co-create solutions
✅ Use GIS, spatial data, and topographic insights to inform sustainable design
✅ Support projects from feasibility through to construction, with site visits and design input
✅ Collaborate across the alliance – design, CAD, enabling, construction, ecology & more
✅ Contribute to design excellence, health & safety, and environmental best practice
✅ Champion innovation and smarter ways of working in stormwater management
