What you'll be doing:
- Provide visible, hands-on clinical leadership and expert guidance to nursing teams.
- Ensure high standards of patient care through evidence-based practice.
- Oversee the operational management of the ward, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead on recruitment, performance management, appraisals, and staff development.
What we’re looking for:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
- Strong leadership experience within a hospital ward environment.
- Confident managing and developing nursing teams.
- Experience from either the NHS or independent sector is welcomed.
