Job Description:
A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Greenwich is looking to appoint a Female SEN Learning Support Assistant to support students with autism, complex needs, and social-emotional challenges. This is a full-time role supporting a female student with personal care needs, so this position is open to female applicants only, in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is calm, caring, and passionate about supporting students with additional needs in a structured and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN, including ASD and communication needs

Use communication tools such as PECs, Makaton, or visual timetables

Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in education, care, or support settings)
