Summary

About the role

In this role as Data Analyst for Insurance Money Services, you\'ll be responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing data to support our business operations. You will work closely with various departments to provide insights and recommendations based on your analysis.

You will be responsible for

  • Creating reporting and dashboards using data from multiple sources.
  • Analysing data using statistical methods and tools.
  • Creating reports and visualizations to communicate findings.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance dashboards.
  • Managing the creation of a self service operating model in IMS through identifying where self service reporting access would be beneficial
  • Working with the product team to define the self service requirements
  • Working with the Data Governance Manager to ensure clear understanding of roles and access model that should be implemented in IMS
  • Embedding the self service culture in IMS and support teams with onboarding onto this way of working
  • Collaborating with team members to identify and address data-related issues.
  • Comfortable to challenge stakeholders regarding their data requests
  • Seeking out new and innovative ways to continually improve quality of data and insight
  • Supporting ad-hoc data analysis requests from different departments.
  • Identifying opportunities to transition manual and repeatable data tasks to the group reporting practise in Bengaluru
  • Ensuring consistent approach for data management and reporting across IMS and the wider Group
  • Being the data partner for all teams within IMS, be known as the SME for people data in IMS

You will need


Knowledge of Data Reporting Tools: Proficiency in data reporting tools and software.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide data-driven insights that support business goals.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly and effectively.

Experience in Data Reporting: Previous experience in a data reporting role is desirable.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
