Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gateway Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service to enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to navigate a variety of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and online chats, will be essential in maintaining positive relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll need to stay up-to-date with our products and services, enabling you to provide accurate information and solutions to our clients. Additionally, the Gateway Customer Service Officer will collaborate with different departments to resolve more complex issues and may assist in training new staff members. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, you will also gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest enhancements to our service processes. Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions about products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve more complex customer issues.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
Assist in onboarding and training new customer service team members.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.62
