Role Overview:
As a Document Administrator, you will be responsible for organising, managing, and maintaining our company’s documentation systems. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, edit, organise, and archive both physical and digital documents.
• Maintain document control systems in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Ensure proper classification and security of sensitive information.
• Coordinate with various departments to manage document workflows.
• Support audits and compliance checks by providing accurate documentation as needed.
• Assist in developing and improving document management procedures.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role (Document Control, Records Management, Administration) preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Own car essential as this role will involve movement of physical files to an offsite storage unit.
